The assessment look’s at all aspects of system recovery and we will report back the findings in a language that’s easy to understand for both IT and the business. Customers often feedback that it takes an external organisation to state what IT have been telling the business for years, do something now by investing some time and money to create a plan before something happens.
Unfortunately complacency is no longer an option and in recent months we have had three live invocations into our DR managed service facility. The issues ranged from a flood caused by faulty air conditioning units, malicious power failures and comm’s failures into the offices buildings. The organisations involved had worked with us to ensure the appropriate technologies were in place there was no significant disruption and all of them came through the experience with little or no business disruption.
