Virtual Age has developed our unique deployment methodology which ensures any project we engage in is delivered in a consistent and risk adverse manner.

Many of our customers have adopted our deployment process throughout their IT departments and we are often engaged on complex projects to put in place a framework in place.

At Virtual Age we take project management seriously. In order to capture requirements and structure delivery in a controlled environment we use a full and rigorous project management methodology. This as been developed and refined over the years and is specific to delivering this unique technology, it is also aligned with both the Prince2 doctrine and also Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK). This gives us a clear, phased approach in our project delivery.
